What we sell

Evara makes personalised pieces: NFC cards and keychains that open one page you design, for a partner, a birthday or a group of friends.

An order is one piece for each person: two for a couple or a birthday, and up to 10 for a group of friends. All of them open the same page.

Every piece is made to order, with your names and your page.

All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). The price of your piece and its delivery are shown before you place your order.

Delivery

We deliver across Egypt by courier: ⁦85 EGP⁩ to every governorate, shown with your total at checkout.

Ordering and paying

You design your page while you order. To confirm your order you pay the delivery (or the whole price) online, by card or wallet through Paymob; then we start making it.

The rest is paid in cash to the courier when your order arrives.

Nothing is an order until its delivery is paid. You can pay for 24 hours after checkout; a checkout that is not paid by then is deleted, with its details and any photos.

Your page

Once your order arrives, you can update your page anytime, with no time limit. Sign in with the username and password on the card in your box.

Only add photos and words you have the right to share. We may remove anything unlawful.

Refunds

• Every piece is made for you, with your names and your page, so an order cannot be cancelled once the delivery is paid.
• Open and check your order in front of the courier. If anything is broken or wrong, refuse it and we'll send a replacement for free. Once the order is received, we can't accept claims for breakage. If a piece doesn't open your page, send us a video on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery.
• If you refuse the order at the door, or the courier can't reach you after their delivery attempts, the order is cancelled. The delivery you paid is not refunded, and because each piece is made with your names, the price of the pieces is not refunded either. You can ask us within 14 days to send it again by paying the delivery again. This doesn't apply when you refuse it because something is broken or wrong: then the replacement is free.
• Paid by card or wallet: refunds go back to the same card or wallet you paid with, processed within 14 working days of approval.
• The rest of the price is paid in cash to the courier when your order arrives.

Privacy

We keep your name, phone number and address to make and deliver your order and to reach you about it. The courier receives what delivery needs.

The photos and words you add are kept to show your page.

Card and wallet payments are processed by Paymob. We never see or store your card number; we receive only the result of the payment and its last four digits.
