Delivery & shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver across Egypt by courier.

What delivery costs

Delivery is ⁦85 EGP⁩ to every governorate, and it is shown with your total at checkout.

How long it takes

Every piece is made to order. Delivery takes 3–5 working days after your delivery payment is confirmed.

Paying

When you order, you pay the delivery (or the full price) online, by card or wallet through Paymob.

The rest is paid in cash to the courier when your order arrives.

Unpaid checkouts

Nothing is an order until its delivery is paid, and nothing is made before that. You can pay for 24 hours after checkout; a checkout that is not paid by then is deleted, with its details and any photos.
