Privacy policy
What we collect
- Your name and phone number.
- Your delivery address, and the name and phone number of the person receiving the order if you give them.
- Your email address, if you give it.
- The details of your order: the design, how many pieces, what you paid and how.
- The photos, words and song link you add to your page.
Why we use it
- To make your order and deliver it.
- To contact you about your order, on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
- To show your page to the people who have your cards.
- To keep our accounts.
Who we share it with
The courier receives only what delivery needs: the name, phone number and address.
Card and wallet payments are processed by Paymob. We never see or store your full card number. From Paymob we receive the result of the payment and the card’s last four digits (for a mobile wallet, the wallet number), and we keep that record with your order.
Your order and your page are stored with the services that run this site: its hosting, its database and its photo storage.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.
Your page
Your page is private. It opens from the link on your cards, it is not listed anywhere, and search engines are asked not to show it.
Cookies
Unless you press "Accept" on the cookie banner, we use only the cookies the site needs to work:
- one remembers your language (English or Arabic), for a year;
- one keeps you signed in to your order, for 14 days;
- one lets your page open on a phone that has already used its link, for a year;
- one keeps our own team signed in.
- one remembers your choice on the cookie banner, for about six months.
While you design your page, it and its photos are kept in your own browser until you place your order.
A few small notes stay in your browser too, such as whether you have already seen the welcome.
Only if you press "Accept" on the cookie banner, we use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads. They learn which design was looked at, when someone reaches checkout, presses Pay, and when an order is paid. With your consent our server tells them the same moments, with your phone number only in a scrambled (hashed) form, so they can be counted once. Nothing else personal: no name, address or anything from your page. Without "Accept" none of them load. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
Their cookies, only after "Accept": Meta: _fbp and _fbc (3 months).
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It uses no cookies and does not identify you.
How long we keep it
We keep your order details (your name, phone number, address, what you ordered and paid) for our accounts.
We keep your page and its photos while your page is live. Of its earlier versions we keep the original and the last 20; older versions are deleted automatically.
If you check out and do not pay, nothing is made. The details of that checkout (your name, phone number, address, and the page you started with its photos) are kept for up to 24 hours, then deleted automatically.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your page and its photos. Email us at evara.eraa@gmail.com.
A deleted page is gone for good: the cards stop opening it. The order record is kept for our accounts.
